Classic Car Magazine To Feature Bill's Stunning '67 Roadster...
All of you will certainly know prominent C.A.P.S member Bill Riches and his awesome '67 Roadster..But not all of you will know the story of the Vette...
Bill has been reliably informed the she started out as a genuine UK supplied car , and as she sat in a prominent West End of London showroom with her Gm 972 Ermine White paintwork , yes you maybe surprised to learn that the Gleaming Rally Red beauty that we all know and love was originally white.
Because the C3 had just been launched and assuming that the '67 Roadster was unsold on the arrival of the new C3's when the dealership had an enquiry for the white C2 Roadster that really wanted a Rally Red Roadster the dealership asked GM and they kindly authourised the colour change , this will also explain why she is registered on a 68/69 G reg not the usual E reg....The story will be explained in more detail by its proud owner which we can all read when the magazine is published...
